This is a three-story house on land with intense inclination and a significant difference in altitude from the existing road. The building has been designed by primary demand to ensure the best view of the sea. Thus, a partial turn of the house has been achieved to attain the best visibility in the living room. The color tones here follow the usual aesthetic logic (white-grey-deep red) that extends to the elements of the courtyard area. The pool is in immediate contact with the ground floor area, while it stands out in the center of the design and becomes noticeable from all areas of the house.
