This is a three-story apartment building with a pilotis which is intended for commercial use, based on six different typological models. As basic morphological elements, curved protrusions were selected (flower stand, overhanging), the alternating meanderings on the floor levels that are made with the white plaster on the balconies and columns, and the use of glass parapets. The basic colors, the deep red and the light blue, create the essential separation of volumes, while the white of the morphological elements or the balconies provokes the necessary contrast showing off these elements in the dark background. An essential use of semi-open spaces as temporary waiting areas is made, which contributes exclusively to the aesthetics of the building with the diversification of volumes and its shading.
