Two overlapping parallelepiped, one two-story and one three-story, make up the basic volumes of the building. The composition is completed with curved elements and one glass stairwell, which probably comprise the essential morphological characteristics of the building. Since the house is within a visible distance from the refineries in St. Theodoroi, the objective was to reconcile these two through more modern forms (parts from glass, curved elements, dynamic penetration of volumes) in an industrial style of the building these forms create. For its color attribution, tones of white and grey-sky were used (an obvious reference to the seaside environment of Corinth), an absolute two-color motif that ends only with the addition of a roof with tiles on its highest volume.
