This is a three-story office building where the office areas are behind the opaque windows, in contrast to the transparent public areas of the stairwell. A framework of deep red-colored beams and pillars around an opaque glass pane that develops up to two floors comprises the basic morphological motif that appears. The curved roof, the wavy shelter of the entrance on the ground floor, and the alumin panels of the exterior surfaces contribute to the aesthetic diversification of the building. The color efficiency in tones of deep red, green, and cream also continues in the limited formation of the courtyard area.
